Acceptance and authority
By using the website, submitting information, creating an account, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for and bind that business.
Website and service information
We aim to keep website descriptions, availability, and pricing accurate. Service scope, fees, start dates, cancellation requirements, and special terms are confirmed by Stripe checkout, the signed Client Services Agreement, and any applicable order form or written amendment.
Free QCR Score and reports
The free QCR Score is an informational estimate based on available public business-listing data, the selected market type, category matching, comparison availability, and QCR's scoring methodology. Public data can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. Scores, competitor positions, and improvement suggestions are not audits, guarantees, or professional financial or legal advice.
You may use a report for your own business evaluation. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, automate excessive requests, interfere with the tool, or represent QCR analysis as your own commercial product.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew at the billing interval shown during checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for recurring fees and approved usage charges. Stripe provides the official receipt or invoice.
You may manage billing through the client portal's Stripe billing link or give written cancellation notice before the next renewal. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, fees already paid and work already performed are non-refundable and service continues through the paid period. The signed Client Services Agreement controls any client-specific minimum term, cancellation notice, usage costs, or other billing term.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, maintain lawful access to accounts and customer data, review requested approvals promptly, and obtain any consent required to contact customers. Clients may not request fake reviews, incentives conditioned on positive sentiment, selective review gating, misleading content, impersonation, or conduct that violates Google, communications, privacy, or consumer-protection rules.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep login credentials confidential and notify QCR promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You may not probe security, bypass access controls, access another client's information, upload malicious code, disrupt the website, or use the service unlawfully. QCR may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, or address unpaid subscriptions.
Third-party platforms
Services may depend on Stripe, Google Business Profile, Google Maps, GoHighLevel, email or SMS providers, WordPress, OpenAI, hosting providers, and other authorized tools. Their availability, policies, account approvals, message delivery, review removals, and technical limits are outside QCR's control. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms.
No guaranteed results
QCR performs the agreed work and provides analysis, but does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, rating, ranking, revenue, customer response, platform approval, review publication, or business outcome. Results depend on customer participation, service quality, public feedback, platform rules, market conditions, and factors outside QCR's control.
Ownership
QCR retains ownership of its website, brand, scoring methodology, templates, software, report structure, and general know-how. Clients retain ownership of their business information, customer data, accounts, and client-specific materials. Subject to payment and the signed agreement, clients may use delivered reports and materials internally for their business.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website and free tools are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QCR disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, third-party platforms, or public-data estimates. Any client-service liability is governed by the signed Client Services Agreement.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms as the website or services change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
